Product Warranty
If using the product of the shop and there is damage caused by the product, you can send it to the shop for free repair. 90 days warranty from the date of purchase If more than 90 days there will be an additional charge on a case by case basis.
-Products caused by damage from the use of the customer Will not be in the condition of free repair of the product and there will be a cost on a case-by-case basis, which the shop will inform the cost in advance every time before repair
***Used products can be repaired under the conditions, but cannot be returned in all cases*
1. Return of the product (without shipping costs)
The shop has a policy to return the product within 7 days from the date the customer signs the receipt of the product from the post office. The product must be unused and in its original condition only.
Return procedure
-Fill in the details of the return of the product in the return form completely.
-Use the original parcel box, put the product intact, seal it and send it back.
-Cover the box with the shop's business receipt and return it to the Thai post office only because it will be in the conditions of free return shipping.
2.Return the product (without the return shipping cost)
- The shop has a policy to change the product within 7 days from the date the customer signs the receipt of the product from the post office. The product must be unused and in its original condition only.
-If you want to exchange an item whose value is greater than the returned item, the store will send a new item after the price difference has been paid.
To exchange an item of lesser value than the returned item The shop will transfer the price difference back to the customer's account as stated within 3-7 business days from the date the shop has signed for the return of the product and deliver the new item.

-When the store received the product back in its original condition and has been inspected. will replace the new product within 3 days or transfer the difference within 3-7 working days
Note : The store does not accept returns on sale items or items that are not purchased at full price. Free replacement of products can be exchanged for 1 time per billing cycle only. If you want to change more than 1 time, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee according to the actual shipping cost.
3. Refund
-When the shop receives the product back in its original condition and has been inspected. Will refund the full amount to the account that the customer notified within 3-5 business days from the date of signing for the product.
